Since each item is hand-painted and made in small batches, all sales are final. Please double-check product descriptions and photos before purchasing.
However, I want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. I’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund if the damage is confirmed.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping if a return is approved.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method.
